How do I recognise the transfer driver at the airport meeting point?
The driver will be waiting at the airport holding a sign with your name on it; once you have passed through customs and collected your luggage you would then enter into the international/domestic arrivals hall. Please look for the sign with your /group name on it to recognize the driver who is there to greet you.
What’s the advantage of booking a travel package?
We are here to put together a travel itinerary that no one else would think of, utilizing the connections to the local businesses we have relationships with, and offer something truly unique. We then make all the necessary reservations so that you can travel and enjoy without having to worry.
Do you provide Domestic / International Flights?
Unfortunately no. You will need to arrange your own airfare to the arrival / departure destination - roundtrip airport transportation is provided.
Will I be able to contact my travel guide during the trip?
The travel itinerary document provided will note all contact numbers so that you can reach your travel consultant 24 hours (day and night) should the need arise. Also the numbers of the local guide or driver will be provided as well. A travel guide will be with you on your trip the whole time, so you will be able to directly ask them when a need arises.
Do you provide travel insurance?
Unfortunately no. It is advised however that you do obtain your own insurance for health and / or loss while traveling. Insurance is also recommended to provide coverage if refunds pursuant to the final payment and cancellation clauses are unavailable due to the terms of those clauses. I suggest using Allianz Travel Insurance.
Do I need a visa? Can you arrange the visa for me?
Visa requirements vary from country to country, and depending on the country, we will obtain a visa for you. We will need to know what nationality passport you will be traveling on and can provide information accordingly. Please note that there are certain countries that we cannot apply on your behalf for the visas and will need to obtain the visa before arrival. We will provide you with official documentation for the visa process in that case, and provide paperwork stating that you have reserved travels with us which you can then send to the correct recipients.
What is the Cancellation / Refund Policy?
All Wonder to Wander Travel trips require a $500 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Reservations may only be canceled by email: tara@wondertowandertravel.com. Payment in full is required 90 days before departure. Invoices not paid in full within 7 days of the aforementioned deadline are subject to trip cancellation. Any payments made before the 90-day payment deadline are fully refundable minus the $500 deposit. All cancellations after the payment deadline are non-refundable, and guests are encouraged to file a claim with their travel insurance for reimbursement. In the unlikely event Wonder to Wander Travel cancels the retreat, guests will be provided a full 100% refund of their booking. Please note that we partner with several third-party booking platforms with separate deposit and cancellation policies. Please refer to their specific cancellation policies if booking through a third-party partner. Hotel and tour bookings are subject to availability and are subject to change without notice. All refunded trips will be charged a 5% service credit card fee.
